You are a demon coveting the cursed throne of Tenebris. Work your way up Tenebris, the ruined city, wielding only a sword and whatever powers you may come by. Wrest power away from the current ruler residing in the Cathedral, to claim your rightful place on the throne, with the aid of the demon-personified Cardinal Sins. An endless cycle of rebellions ensue.
